In my fifteen years working as a Graphic Designer I’ve had the good fortune of attending many conferences, seminars and other events where other designers (and all manner of creative folk) have spoken about their work, motivations, experience, history and lifestyle. I have to say though, out of all the presentations I’ve seen, I’ve not enjoyed one more than this presentation by US-based, German-born Graphic Designer Stefan Sagmeister.
I was privileged enough to see him as part of an AGDA roadshow in 2005 in Melbourne and recently found a video of the same presentation online. Pertinent for anyone – designer, creatively inclined or otherwise – I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
